Dissolve EDTA and other components into 1 liter with bidestilled water.
Preparation of Vitamins Solution

Add chemicals and stock solutions as indicated above to 1000 ml of filtered natural seawater water. Adjust pH to 8 with 1 M NaOH or HCl.
